Job Description:
Siccotel is seeking a talented Architectural Draftsman and Renderer to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the lead architect and design team to produce detailed architectural drawings and renderings that accurately convey design concepts for both interior and exterior spaces. This role requires proficiency in CAD and rendering software, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the lead architect to produce detailed architectural drawings, including view sheds, cut sheets, elevations, and floor plans.
• Create high-quality interior and exterior renderings that bring design visions to life.
• Ensure all drawings and renderings meet industry standards and align with client specifications.
• Assist in preparing detailed construction drawings and permit application documents.
• Coordinate with other team members to integrate all design elements cohesively.
• Utilize CAD software to create and modify architectural drawings and plans.
• Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date library of project drawings and documentation.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in CAD software such as Auto CAD, Revit, or similar.
• Strong skills in producing architectural drawings and detailed construction documents.
• Experience with rendering software like 3ds Max, V-Ray, Sketch Up, or similar.
• Solid understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
• Ability to interpret architectural sketches and design plans.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating prior experience in architectural drafting and rendering.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
• Experience working on both residential and commercial building projects.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
