Job Title: Software Developer
Location: Karachi (Onsite)
Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Job Overview:
We are looking for talented Software Developers with a passion for coding, testing, and deploying high-quality software solutions in a team-oriented environment. As a Software Developer, you will play a critical role in the complete software development lifecycle, ensuring projects meet business requirements while upholding industry standards. You’ll work closely with the Lead Developer and cross-functional teams, bringing creativity and technical expertise to every project phase.
Key Responsibilities:
Code Development
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices.
Contribute innovative solutions to complex coding challenges and ensure the codebase remains scalable and optimized.
Full Software Development Lifecycle Participation
Actively engage in all development phases, from gathering requirements to designing, coding, testing, deploying, and providing ongoing support.
Collaboration
Work closely with the Lead Developer and team members to deliver integrated and cohesive software solutions.
Participate in collaborative design sessions and contribute to team problem-solving.
Testing and Debugging
Conduct thorough unit testing to verify code functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to ensure software performance and reliability.
Documentation
Document code, development processes, and changes to maintain clarity and continuity for future enhancements and maintenance.
Continuous Learning and Innovation
Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
Share knowledge and new ideas with the team, helping to elevate the team's technical capabilities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
3-5 years of professional software development experience.
Certifications
Relevant programming certifications are a plus (not required).
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or Java Script.
Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
Proficiency in back-end frameworks like Spring or Django.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Experience with Git and familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI, or equivalent).
