Bykea is the leading Pakistan-based ride-hailing, transport, and delivery platform. Over 5+ Million installed customers drive utility from Bykea in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi (in 2023, the app was opened in some tier 2 cities as well).
We are looking for a seasoned and innovative creative design expert with experience in creative direction and production. We usually develop everything in-house - so creativity, analytical thinking, and team management are essential skills we are looking for. The creative resource will guide all marketing communication projects and will be responsible for the overall quality of work produced by the creative team.
This candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
The candidate will be tasked with:

• Translating marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
• Managing the creative process from concept to completion
• Lead and direct the content and design team in the production of all marketing collaterals
• Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met
• Oversee product branding, look and feel
• Manage and cultivate the career development of creative team members
• Able to explore AI tools for designing and improving creative processes

What you roughly look like as a professional:

• Experience:
• Preferred creative design academic background and professional experience in driving the ideation and production of creative assets and campaigns (5+ years of relevant experience)
• Experience in developing creatives for re-brand, product launch, and sales campaigns
• Team management experience
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: live and breathe the business. Experience in scaled startups is a plus.
• Creative: Eye and thought for world-class design, and preferably a passion for the Urdu language
