Role Summary:
Are you a highly imaginative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a flair for creating visually appealing and impactful designs? We are seeking a skilled individual with expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and a comprehensive understanding of graphic design principles. As a Creative Graphic Designer at Medatron Pvt Ltd., you will contribute to shaping our brand image through various visual elements, including social media posts, videos, animations, product images, mocks, banners, EMO certificates, and other graphic design materials.
Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design: Develop visually stunning and effective graphic designs for a variety of purposes, including social media posts, videos, animations, product images, mocks, banners, certificates, and other marketing materials.
• Adobe Suite Proficiency: Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro to create high-quality and engaging designs, ensuring brand consistency across all visual elements.
• Social Media Creatives: Conceptualize and design engaging visuals for social media platforms, aligning with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Video Production: Create and edit videos, incorporating animations and visual effects to enhance storytelling and promotional content.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, marketing professionals, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver impactful designs that align with business goals.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in design elements and branding guidelines across all graphic materials, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable brand identity.
• Adaptability: Quickly adapt to design changes, feedback, and evolving project requirements, demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Experience in creating social media visuals, videos, animations, product images, mocks, banners, certificates, and other graphic design items.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate and present design concepts effectively.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
• Knowledge of additional design tools and techniques is a plus.

Job Details:

• Location: Lahore, Pakistan.
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Working Days: Monday – Friday.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
3 to 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on diverse design projects.
