We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for technical positions and a keen understanding of the technology landscape.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and fit for the company culture.
• Identify, source, and recruit qualified candidates for various technical positions including software engineers, data scientists, IT professionals, and more.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of top technical talent through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job specifications, and requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to attract and retain top talent.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience & Bachelor's degree in related fields required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Expert in using MS Office.
• Proficient in maintaining employment data and records.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT WE OFFER:
70,000 to 90,000 PKR salary plus yearly bonus.
