Job Title: Assistant Manager - Diesel Generator Division
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Salary: 90,000 - 120,000 PKR per month
The Assistant Manager - Diesel Generator Division will oversee sales and technical operations related to diesel generators, driving lead generation and customer engagement. This role involves managing a team, ensuring monthly sales targets are met, and providing technical support to both the team and customers. The ideal candidate will analyze market trends, implement strategies to boost sales, and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring personal and team goals are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads to drive sales of diesel generators and related products.
- Meet with clients to understand their requirements and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and implement effective marketing strategies to increase profitability.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the team and clients for diesel generator solutions.
- Ensure the team is equipped to generate leads and close deals successfully.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals and improve product offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Track performance metrics and report on sales progress to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from a reputable university.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the diesel generator industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of diesel generators and power distribution systems.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals in a competitive market.
- Excellent customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to supervise and motivate a sales team to meet targets.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and develop strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Prior experience in sales management or leadership is a plus.
