HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is looking for Planning & Project Manager (Order & Sales Management) for one of its clients in Engineering Manufacturing industry.
Job Title: Planning & Project Manager (Order & Sales Management)
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Salary: Up to 200K-250K PKR (based on qualifications and experience)
Experience: 5-7 years
Education: BE Electrical
Key Responsibilities:
· Review customer contracts/orders and ensure alignment with submitted offers.
· Process orders after clarifying technical and commercial aspects.
· Develop Master Production Schedules in coordination with stakeholders, aligning with turnover targets.
· Oversee material and project plans, ensuring timely design release and material delivery.
· Coordinate with sales, design, purchasing, and finance to address customer approvals, material arrangements, and payments.
· Supervise production plans, address bottlenecks, and update operations directors on progress.
· Manage testing activities, customer inspections, and timely dispatch/delivery of orders.
· Handle site supervision, address customer concerns, and ensure timely invoicing and GRN issuance.
Requirements:
· Strong knowledge of Oracle software.
· Background in Engineering industry (preferred).
· Exceptional coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
