Job Description

On this journey, you will report to Manager, Sales Operations.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
Performance Analytics:

Develop and execute strategies for performance analytics, including the design and implementation of key performance indicators (KP|s) and metrics.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present detailed performance reports and dashboards to senior management, providing actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
Collaborate with the region (APAC) to develop sales strategies and ensure the right business direction.

Operational Support:

Oversee the operational support functions to ensure efficient and effective business processes.
Coordinate with various departments to provide analytical support and drive improvements in operational efficiency.
Implement and manage systems and tools to support operational activities and enhance data accessibility.

Process Optimization:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, reduce redundancies, and optimize resource allocation.

Data Management:

Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of data used for performance analysis and operational support.
Oversee data collection, management, and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with data governance and quality standards.

Project Management:

Manage projects related to performance analytics and operational support, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.

Strategic Insights:

Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on performance data and operational analysis.
Support decision-making processes by delivering data-driven insights that align with business objectives.

Communication and Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on performance metrics, operational issues, and improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for performance and operational goals.

Qualifications
Your role in this journey requires the following:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Operations Management, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in performance analytics, operations support, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of data analysis, performance metrics, and operational processes.
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Google Suite, Canva) and project management software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with specific analytics tools or platforms relevant to the industry.
Familiarity with tech industry standards or practices.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
