Job Opportunity: Manager, Nutrition and Food Services

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and manage annual plans, budgets, and strategic goals for food and non-food operations.
· Lead and oversee multiple facilities, ensuring compliance with government regulations and organizational policies.
· Ensure ISO 22000:2005 and JCIA accreditation compliance and lead audit processes.
· Supervise food production, ensuring nutritious, safe, and timely delivery.
· Enhance staff skills to meet evolving organizational needs.
· Review customer feedback and implement improvements to exceed expectations.
· Manage catering, banquets, and departmental performance standards.
· Coordinate interdisciplinary training, research, and policy development.
Requirements:
· Master’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related fields; professional certifications (e.g., HCIMA) preferred.
· 10+ years of senior experience in nutrition/food services (healthcare or hospitality experience preferred).
· Strong knowledge of ISO 22000:2005 standards, dietetics, and food/labour laws.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills.
· Ability to adapt to changing demands with a focus on quality and efficiency.
