Job Description Summary
As Country Manager, Pakistan, you will creating the conditions to increase accessibility of healthcare diagnostics for the benefit of the Pakistani population and healthcare communities. You'll drive the GE Health Care business together with our International Channel Partners while working with our employees. You will be managing all of GEHC modalities' activities for Pakistan while supporting the distributors to achieve their and GEHC's business goals.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects for Pakistan
  • Requires specialized knowledge across product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups. Requires strong commercial awareness, and is expected to influence the development of strategy for their broad sales territory, including control of resources.
  • Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.
  • Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders or customers. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
  • May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics. May guide others to consider a different point of view.
  • Create a market maker mindset through the distribution channel to create opportunities of growth differentiating the GEHC offering from the competition.
  • Build strategic relationship with the key opinion leaders and the major Healthcare groups.
  • Define in details the country profile and the country growth trajectories to be able to take to the HQ to rally support .
  • Build the Long term strategic plan , define investment and productivity needed to drive Profitable growth
  • Be inclusive and resourceful to bring support to the country.
Required Qualifications
  • This role requires significant experience in the managing channel partners, managing business in Sales and Services.
  • Education level required is at least a Master's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Strong background in sales strategy development and execution in Pakistan.
  • Experience in working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and complex healthcare initiatives.
  • Attention to details and in depth understanding of the complexity of funding!
  • Capabilities to reach out to outside of Pakistan funding organization
  • Strong knowledge of Medical equipment’s sales and services dynamics
  • Capacity of leading complex negotiations for multi millions $ deals

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute detailed GTM strategies.
  • Ability to manage and resolve complex business issues, with experience in solution-based selling.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently and within a cross-functional team.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare market, regulatory environment, and emerging trends in Pakistan.
  • Background knowledge in Radiology, Patient Care Solution and/or Ultrasound
  • Clear thinking
  • Transparency and very good upwards and downwards communication.
