Position: Personal Assistant to the CEO
Company: Kingdom Trip
Location: Remote Job (Open to applicants from all over Pakistan)
Type: Full-time, Night Shift (US Eastern Time)
Salary: Monthly starting salary between 45,000 PKR - 50,000 PKR (Based on experience & skills)
Job Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and manage virtual meetings and appointments, providing all necessary online resources and links.
  • Conduct phone calls on behalf of the CEO or as per the CEO's instructions.
  • Prepare virtual meeting materials and ensure the CEO has access to necessary digital files/information and links.
  • Manage online personal tasks, such as online shopping or coordinating with service providers related to work.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in digital communications and documents.
  • Facilitate communication between the CEO and the rest of the teams through digital means, ensuring professional and efficient interactions.
  • Address and resolve issues related to work, including technical difficulties or scheduling conflicts.
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and address potential issues proactively.
  • Coordinate your schedule with different time zones to accommodate the CEO’s needs.
  • Be prepared for flexible working hours to align with the CEO’s schedule.
  • Ensure that your own remote work setup is reliable and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective interactions.
  • Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in calls and providing effective information to an clients.
  • Proficiency in creating Fed Ex labels and handling shipping logistics.
  • Content writing experience for effective communication.
  • Experience in creating and delivering presentations using Excel, Power Point & Canva.
  • Full-time availability, minimum 8 hours a day, 6 days a week (night shift per US Eastern Time).
  • A smoothly functioning laptop and internet connection, along with a backup in case of any issues or emergencies.
Training & Probation Details:
  • Training: The selected candidate will undergo comprehensive training during the first week.
  • Probation Period: The first month of employment will be considered a probationary period. If you continue and complete the probation period, you will receive payment for both the training week and the probationary month.
  • Probation Exit: If, for any reason, you decide to leave during the probation period, you will not be paid for that period.
