Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Corporate Sales Head to lead and oversee our B2B sales strategy, expanding our corporate client base, and driving sustained revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic vision, business development expertise, and a proven ability to foster long-term client relationships. This role will be crucial in guiding our corporate sales teams toward achieving ambitious targets and aligning our sales goals with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Sales Strategy
  • Develop, implement, and continuously optimize comprehensive sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Establish clear goals for the B2B sales team to achieve sustainable growth and increased market share.
2. Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new corporate sales opportunities to expand the company’s client portfolio.
  • Actively prospect and network to secure high-potential accounts in targeted industries.
3. Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers within corporate client organizations.
  • Drive high client satisfaction and retention by delivering value-added solutions and proactive account management.
4. Sales Performance Management
  • Set, monitor, and exceed sales targets, implementing metrics to measure performance and track progress.
  • Develop effective sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with revenue projections and market conditions.
5. Team Leadership
  • Lead, inspire, and develop the corporate sales team, setting high-performance standards and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a dynamic and motivated sales force.
6. Market Analysis & Insights
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, client needs, and competitor strategies.
  • Leverage market insights to adjust sales approaches and maintain competitive advantages.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance sales efforts and optimize product-market fit.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and coordination to ensure cohesive strategies and successful client experiences.
8. Contract Negotiation
  • Lead high-stakes contract negotiations with corporate clients, ensuring favorable terms and compliance.
  • Manage contract renewals and modifications, addressing any issues proactively to maintain client relationships.
9. Performance Reporting & Analytics
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, providing regular updates on key metrics, client feedback, and market trends to senior management.
  • Use data-driven insights to make strategic adjustments and continuously improve sales effectiveness.
10. Budgeting & Financial Forecasting
  • Develop and manage the corporate sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet sales objectives.
  • Conduct accurate forecasting to align sales operations with company financial goals and resource planning.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum [X] years of experience in corporate/B2B sales, with at least [X] years in a leadership role.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.
