Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Sales Strategy
- Develop, implement, and continuously optimize comprehensive sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Establish clear goals for the B2B sales team to achieve sustainable growth and increased market share.
- Identify and pursue new corporate sales opportunities to expand the company’s client portfolio.
- Actively prospect and network to secure high-potential accounts in targeted industries.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers within corporate client organizations.
- Drive high client satisfaction and retention by delivering value-added solutions and proactive account management.
- Set, monitor, and exceed sales targets, implementing metrics to measure performance and track progress.
- Develop effective sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with revenue projections and market conditions.
- Lead, inspire, and develop the corporate sales team, setting high-performance standards and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a dynamic and motivated sales force.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, client needs, and competitor strategies.
- Leverage market insights to adjust sales approaches and maintain competitive advantages.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance sales efforts and optimize product-market fit.
- Facilitate seamless communication and coordination to ensure cohesive strategies and successful client experiences.
- Lead high-stakes contract negotiations with corporate clients, ensuring favorable terms and compliance.
- Manage contract renewals and modifications, addressing any issues proactively to maintain client relationships.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, providing regular updates on key metrics, client feedback, and market trends to senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to make strategic adjustments and continuously improve sales effectiveness.
- Develop and manage the corporate sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet sales objectives.
- Conduct accurate forecasting to align sales operations with company financial goals and resource planning.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
