Position Overview: As the Manager, Corporate Sales, you will play a strategic role in developing and executing our corporate sales strategy to drive revenue growth. You will lead and mentor a team of corporate sales executives, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate revenue targets and expand market share.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of corporate sales executives to deliver exceptional performance and achieve individual and team goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and strategic partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to optimize sales processes and support client needs.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree with 5-7 years corporate sales experience in a renowned company. Previous woodworking experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Candidate must have good relations with architects and builders.
• Proven experience in corporate sales management or a senior sales leadership role, with a track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and develop sales talent.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a demonstrated ability to implement effective sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
