Key Responsibilities:
Network Management:
Monitor and maintain the company’s network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, including connectivity problems, network security, and performance optimization.
Implement and manage network configurations, including VLANs, firewalls, and routing protocols.
Provide technical support for IP telephony systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of VOIP systems.
Manage and support PABX systems, including installation, configuration, and integration with existing infrastructure.
Assist in the deployment of new IP telephony solutions, including setup, testing, and user training.
Configure and manage VOIP solutions, including SIP trunks, codecs, and call routing.
Ensure the security and reliability of VOIP systems, implementing necessary protocols and procedures.
Work closely with vendors and suppliers to resolve technical issues and manage upgrades or changes.
Provide technical support to end-users, assisting with network connectivity issues, telephony problems, and other IT-related concerns.
Maintain documentation of network and telephony configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless integration and operation of all IT systems.
Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in network management and IP telephony.
Propose and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and security of the IT infrastructure.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in network administration, IP telephony, and VOIP systems.
Proven experience with Grandstream or similar PABX systems is a plus.
Hands-on experience with network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN technologies, and network protocols.
Proficiency in configuring and managing VOIP systems, including SIP, RTP, and related protocols.
Experience with network security practices and tools.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proactive and eager to learn new technologies.
