Must-have

• 7+ years of experience as Desktop Support Engineer or in a similar field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems and experience troubleshooting POS (Point of Sales).
• Skilled in performing remote troubleshooting, designing, building, and managing the security infrastructure of IT systems.
• In-depth knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners.
• Hands-on experience on installing hardware, configuring the firewall, setting up virtual private networks (VPNs) and other upgrades.

Nice to have:

• TIL® Foundation: ITIL 4 Edition, CCNA certification, Comp TIA or any relevant certification would be highly preferred
