Are you an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performance sales teams? We are seeking a dynamic Manager, Corporate Sales to lead our ambitious team at Enza Home.
About Us: At Enza Home, we specialize in luxury furniture, home décor, interior design services. Our mission is to provide exceptional design solutions and personalized service to our clients. We pride ourselves on innovation, excellence, and delivering value to our clients.
Position Overview: As the Manager, Corporate Sales, you will play a strategic role in developing and executing our corporate sales strategy to drive revenue growth. You will lead and mentor a team of corporate sales executives, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate revenue targets and expand market share.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of corporate sales executives to deliver exceptional performance and achieve individual and team goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and strategic partners.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to optimize sales processes and support client needs.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and development.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales guidelines.

Qualifications:

Master's degree with 5-7 years corporate sales experience in a renowned company. Previous woodworking experience is desirable but not mandatory.
Candidate must have good relations with architects and builders.
Proven experience in corporate sales management or a senior sales leadership role, with a track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams.
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and develop sales talent.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a demonstrated ability to implement effective sales strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
