Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Factory Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of our factory, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. The Factory Administrator will play a key role in managing staff, maintaining records, and coordinating various tasks to support the overall functioning of the factory.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks within the factory, including but not limited to, record-keeping, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative staff, including scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, production, and personnel, utilizing computer software and systems.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as production, logistics, and human resources, to support overall factory operations.
  • Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing assistance and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff members, including conducting interviews and facilitating training sessions.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by management.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve administrative processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels.
  • Leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
