Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Factory Liaison/Coordinator who can act as the bridge between our content team and various factories across Pakistan. The candidate must be knowledgeable about Pakistan’s industrial landscape, including both small-scale producers and large factories. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with factory owners, coordinating visits, and ensuring smooth collaboration to create engaging video content. The ideal candidate will be street-smart, resourceful, and well-versed in identifying the right factories and skilled workers to feature on our You Tube channel content.
Key Responsibilities:
Factory Sourcing and Partnerships: Identify and establish relationships with factories
and production facilities across Pakistan that align with the content requirements of our You Tube channels.
Coordination of Visits and Filming: Arrange and coordinate factory visits, ensuring all
necessary permissions, logistics, and safety measures are in place for content shoots.
Building Strong Networks: Develop and maintain a network of contacts within the
industrial sector, from factory owners to workshop supervisors, in various industries
including textiles, leather, metalworking, and more.
Product and Process Research: Collaborate with the Content Researcher to discover
unique products and production methods, ensuring these are documented and filmed
effectively.
On-the-Ground Logistics: Manage all logistical aspects of factory visits, including
transportation, equipment setup, and worker coordination to ensure smooth and efficient filming.
Problem Solving: Act quickly to resolve any operational or logistical issues that arise
during filming or research phases.
Compliance: Oversee that all factory visits and on-site activities adhere to company
safety standards.
Documentation and Reporting: Develop detailed records of all factory visits and
communication with factory management and coordinate with Project Manager over
records management.
Requirements:

• Intermediate education (12 years of schooling) is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in factory coordination, industrial relations, or supply
• chain management.
• Mandatory Travel: Extensively across Pakistan to identify potential content
• opportunities and coordinate factory visits.
• Deep Knowledge of Pakistan’s Industrial Sectors: Experience working with
• various industries, from small-scale workshops to large-scale factories.
• Street Smart: Ability to navigate industrial zones, identify opportunities, and build
• relationships with factory management.
• Strong Negotiation Skills: Confident in negotiating terms with factory owners and
• skilled in managing relationships.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in both Urdu and English (local dialects
• are a plus), able to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
