Essential Skills for Success
Financial Management: Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
Accounting Expertise: Proficiency in managing accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Budgeting: Develop and manage financial budgets, forecasts, and strategies to ensure alignment with business goals.
Accounting Operations: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliation of financial statements.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow, ensuring there are adequate funds to meet operational needs.
Tax & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax laws, including preparing and filing tax returns, and staying updated on regulatory changes.
Expense Management: Track and analyze company expenses, providing insights and recommendations for cost savings and budget optimization.
Audit Preparation: Assist in the preparation of internal and external audits, ensuring that all financial records are accurate and properly maintained.
Financial Analysis: Provide detailed financial analysis to management, helping guide decisions that support the company’s growth and profitability.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with a proven ability to manage financial operations, reporting, and compliance.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CA, CFA) are a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance team members.
Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive approach to identifying financial challenges and developing effective solutions.
