Essential Skills for Success
HR Expertise: Strong understanding of core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
Recruitment Mastery: Proven experience in managing recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding, ensuring the best talent is hired and retained.
Employee Relations: Ability to manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
Payroll & Benefits Management: Experience in overseeing payroll, employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Performance Management: Expertise in implementing and managing performance evaluation systems, helping employees grow while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts by developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process for both local and international teams.
Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee morale, foster a positive work environment, and increase retention.
HR Policies & Compliance: Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with local laws and alignment with company culture and values.
Performance Reviews: Oversee performance appraisal processes, ensuring clear communication between employees and management, while driving professional development.
Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and work with department heads to create and implement effective training programs that enhance employee performance and career growth.
Payroll & Benefits: Manage payroll, monitor attendance, and ensure employees receive competitive benefits packages, all while maintaining accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Employee Relations: Act as the go-to person for employee queries, conflicts, and workplace issues, ensuring fair resolutions and a healthy work culture.
HR Analytics: Track and analyze HR metrics (turnover rates, employee satisfaction, etc.) to recommend and implement improvements in HR practices and company culture.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a proven ability to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
HR Certification: Certification in HR or relevant fields (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the company.
Problem-Solving Abilities: A strategic thinker who can handle complex employee issues with fairness and creativity.
Organizational Skills: High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple HR initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a positive workplace atmosphere.
