We are seeking a Director of Operations to manage the company’s overall operational strategy and execution. This role also encompasses sale, purchase and management of real estate assets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operations management with a strong background in procurement, sales leadership, and real estate management.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize operational processes across real estate business units to ensure efficiency and scalability.
• Manage sale/purchase strategies to ensure cost-effective and high-quality real estate management.
• Lead sales initiatives, working closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
• Oversee the management and optimization of ISMMART’s real estate assets, ensuring maximum value and return on investment.
• Collaborate with department heads to align operations with business goals and drive cross-functional efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate operational performance, implementing improvements where necessary to enhance productivity.
• Lead risk management initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the operations, procurement, and sales teams.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Operations Management, Project Management, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in operations management, with significant experience in sale and purchase of real estate assets.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of optimizing operations and leading teams.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, supply chain management, and real estate asset management principles.
