Description:
This is a on-site role for an Amazon Wholesale Trainer at Enablers in Faisalabad. The Trainer will be responsible for training and support to enhance the skills of aspiring entrepreneurs in the e-commerce sector.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Training Programs: Create comprehensive training modules and materials tailored for beginners and advanced learners in Amazon wholesale practices.
• Keep Content Updated: Stay updated of the latest Amazon policies, marketplace trends, and industry best practices to ensure training content is current and relevant.
• Evaluate Trainee Progress: Track participants' progress, provide feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance their understanding and performance.
• Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to align training content with overall business goals.
• Support Problem-Solving: Help trainees troubleshoot common issues such as seller account problems, FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) challenges, and inventory discrepancies.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of Amazon’s Seller Central, FBA processes, inventory management, and third-party tools.
• Previous experience in a training or teaching role, preferably related to e-commerce or wholesale business.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and present them in an engaging, accessible manner.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in training software and tools (e.g., LMS platforms, Zoom, Power Point).
• 2-3 year of experience in Amazon training path.
