E-commerce Analyst – (Amazon Wholesale Expert)

About Us: At Allied Digital Solutions, we are a leading e-commerce services business provider. We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Wholesale Expert who excels in product sourcing, purchase order management, and inventory control to drive our operations forward.
Key Responsibilities: Product Hunting & Sourcing: Identify and source profitable wholesale products that align with market demand on Amazon. Purchase Order (PO) Processing: Manage purchase orders, ensuring monthly processing volumes of $50,000 to $100,000 USD in POs. Maintain accuracy and timeliness in all order processing.
Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory availability without overstocking. Manage storage efficiently to minimize costs while avoiding stockouts. FBA & FBM Order Management: Handle order processing and fulfillment for both FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) models, ensuring smooth and timely order delivery to customers.
Brand Approval Ability to get Brand Approvals for reselling on ecommerce platforms. Vendors – Suppliers – Distributors Sourcing – Authentic and authorized distributors and build a long term B2B partnership.
Requirements: Proven experience in hunting and sourcing products for wholesale on Amazon. Ability to process monthly POs between $50,000 to $100,000 USD. Expertise in inventory management and maintaining proper stock levels. In-depth knowledge of FBA and FBM order management, including processing and fulfillment. Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and related tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.
Ability to work the specified night shift hours (8 PM - 5 AM Pakistan Time).
