Job Title: E-commerce Marketplace Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Marketplace Manager to oversee and grow our online platform. This platform enables wholesalers to list and sell products to buyers across the globe, similar to Alibaba. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, digital marketing, and SEO. This role requires a combination of technical know-how, strategic vision, and a customer-first approach to help us scale and generate more orders.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the day-to-day operations of our marketplace platform.
· Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain wholesalers to our platform.
· Optimize the user experience for both sellers and buyers to ensure ease of use and high satisfaction.
· Manage and grow digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media) to drive traffic to the platform.
· Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports for leadership.
· Collaborate with internal teams (development, design, customer service) to ensure platform enhancements and fixes are implemented efficiently.
· Build strong relationships with wholesalers and ensure their needs are met.
Requirements:
· 3+ years of experience managing an e-commerce marketplace or platform.
· Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
· Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
· Strong communication and project management skills.
· Basic technical knowledge of web development and APIs.
· A strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset.
Compensation: PKR 50,000 - PKR 60,000
Location: Lahore, Pakistan (Onsite)
