Job Description: Client Outreach & Customer Support (Foreign-Based Calling)

Position Overview:
Responsibilities:

• Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct targeted research to identify international markets and understand client needs in foreign regions.
• Engage in foreign-based calling to promote the company’s products and services, aligning with and anticipating client objectives.
• Prepare and review sales contracts, ensuring compliance with established rules and regulations.
• Provide reliable feedback and ongoing support after sales completion.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on international outreach.
• Mentor entry-level staff to develop their skills in customer support and sales.
• Oversee and implement e-mail and Whats App marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a relevant field.
• Proven experience in customer support, sales, or a similar role.
• Experience in foreign-based calling is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, dedication, and a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in English and comprehensive market knowledge.
• Strong time management and planning skills.
• Residence in Lahore is required.

Compensation: PKR 40,000 - PKR 50,000
Location: Lahore, Pakistan (Onsite)
