We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in the Suzuki Kasur Motors. Suzuki Kasur Motors is Authorized Dealer of Suzuki Pakistan, located in Kasur city but this job placement will be in Lahore Office.
At Suzuki Kasur Motors, we offer New Vehicles Sales, After Sale Service and sale of Suzuki Genuine Oil and Spare Parts.
Expecting from ideal candidates to contact by cold calls or emails to corporate customers to bring New Vehicle Sales and After Sales Service business by offering the discounts ands benefits. Also we are expecting from the The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service.
This role requires a combination of interpersonal skills, Auto Industry knowledge, and a customer-centric approach to enhance the overall ownership experience for our clientele.

• Knowledge of automotive industry trends
• Familiarity with digital marketing & social media
• Create and execute comprehensive CRM strategies by implementing customer loyalty program
• Implement processes to provide a seamless sales and services process of Suzuki Cars.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month
