Job Description
Cosmo Group Pakistan is seeking an experienced and results-driven Female E-Commerce Account and Digital Manager to join our team. This role involves managing e-commerce accounts, overseeing digital marketing strategies, and driving online sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, digital marketing, and account management, with a passion for innovation and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management:
2. Manage key e-commerce accounts on platforms like (Daraz, Shopify, etc.).
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce partners.
4. Ensure product listings, pricing, and promotions are optimized.
5. Monitor account performance metrics and address any operational issues.
Digital Marketing:
o Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
o Oversee paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
o Collaborate on content creation for social media, and other channels.
o Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.
E-Commerce Operations:
o Manage inventory, fulfillment, and logistics in collaboration with the supply chain team.
o Ensure the seamless execution of sales promotions and seasonal campaigns.
o Track sales trends and market performance to identify growth opportunities.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
o Conduct regular performance reviews of e-commerce platforms.
o Provide insights into customer behavior, sales trends, and market dynamics.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
· Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms
· Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and e-commerce CMS systems.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
· Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
