We are seeking a FEMALE creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our company's social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing content strategies that enhance our online presence, grow our audience, and engage with customers. You will collaborate with marketing, PR, and product teams to ensure brand consistency, while leveraging data to refine content strategies and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
· Manage day-to-day content creation, including written posts, images, videos, and other multimedia, for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Tik Tok, and You Tube.
· Schedule and publish content across social media channels, ensuring posts are optimized for each platform.
· Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner, fostering positive community relationships.
· Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, and ROI.
· Analyze social media trends and insights to improve content strategies and drive engagement.
· Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and other partners to amplify brand messaging.
· Stay up-to-date on the latest social media best practices, trends, tools, and technologies.
· Develop social media advertising strategies, including budget management, targeting, and execution.
· Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communications.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
· Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
· Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative eye for engaging content.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
· Familiarity with social media advertising and budget management.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
· Experience in graphic design, photography, or video editing is a plus.
