About Us: NSOL is a vibrant e-commerce company looking to enhance its social media presence and engage with its audience effectively. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, schedule, and publish content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, etc.).
• Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering a positive community.
• Analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a social media manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their audiences.
• Creative thinker with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Ability to work the specified night shift hours (8 PM - 5 AM Pakistan Time).
