Job Summary:
The e Bay/Walmart Lister is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing product listings on both e Bay and Walmart marketplaces. This role includes writing accurate product descriptions, setting competitive prices, managing inventory, and ensuring high-quality product images. The ideal candidate should have experience in e-commerce, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills to ensure smooth operations across both platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

• Create and optimize product listings on e Bay and Walmart, ensuring consistency in descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Write engaging and accurate product titles, descriptions, and specifications tailored to both marketplaces.
• Take or edit high-quality product images to showcase items effectively.
• Conduct market research to implement competitive pricing strategies for both platforms.
• Monitor and update inventory across e Bay and Walmart listings, ensuring accurate stock levels and prompt removal of out-of-stock items.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes on both platforms, maintaining a high seller rating and positive feedback.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring timely shipping and fulfillment.
• Stay informed about policies, fees, and best practices specific to e Bay and Walmart marketplaces to ensure compliance and optimize sales performance.
• Generate reports to analyze sales data, listing performance, and customer engagement across both platforms.

Important Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years in e-commerce or online retail (experience with both e Bay and Walmart platforms preferred).
• Strong written communication skills for creating engaging and SEO-optimized product listings.
• Knowledge of e Bay and Walmart seller tools and listing management systems (e.g., e Bay Turbo Lister, Walmart Seller Center).
• Basic photography skills and experience with photo-editing software (e.g., Photoshop) for professional product images.
• Experience in inventory management and pricing analysis.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets) for tracking sales and inventory.
• Strong customer service experience and ability to manage customer communications across both platforms.

This role requires flexibility, organizational skills, and familiarity with the unique requirements of both e Bay and Walmart to maximize sales success and customer satisfaction across multiple marketplaces.
