We are looking for a motivated and energetic Operations Executive to join our Cold Chain Logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless logistical processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operational activities within the Cold Chain Logistics department.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of temperature-sensitive goods.
• Assist in scheduling shipments, route planning, and managing transportation timelines.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and transport partners.
• Handle inquiries and concerns over phone and email promptly and professionally.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their shipments.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to shipments, such as invoices, delivery receipts, and shipment logs.
• Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to the management team.
• Coordination with Internal Teams:
• Collaborate with warehouse, transport, and customer service teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to maintain service quality and timely delivery.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure all cold chain operations comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Monitor and maintain the integrity of cold chain processes, ensuring temperature-sensitive products are handled correctly.
