Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a basic to preferably good understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and their operations. The Operations Associate will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the best results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Management:

• Monitor and manage listings on various e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, e Bay, and similar marketplaces.
• Optimize product listings for maximum visibility and sales performance.

Implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
Order Fulfillment:

• Oversee the order processing and fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently.

Monitor and resolve any order-related issues, including returns and refunds.
Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory levels across all platforms.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to replenish stock as needed.

• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and take corrective action.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, inventory, and marketplace performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Basic to preferably good knowledge and exposure to e-commerce marketplaces, particularly Amazon and e Bay.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
