Duties and Responsibilities:
Professional Competencies:
- Develop knowledge of the company products, services, and customers by working closely with more experienced brand/product managers.
- Meets sales financial objectives by achieving revenue and profitability, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
- Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the product/service.
- Maintain records of sales volume, revenues, and advertising costs and analyze them against forecasts to identify areas where the sales performance of the product/service needs to be improved.
- Provides guidance to the product specialists on daily, monthly, and quarterly work plan in accordance with the formulated strategies and ensures target delivery through people management, cross functional collaboration, resource alignment, performance review, reward and individual recognition.
- Maintains detailed records of all contacts, conducts sales presentations and creates reports when needed on provided timelines.
- Responsible for account management and new business development via negotiation, prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing orders from key accounts.
- Evaluates market trends and gathers competitive information, identifies trends that affect current and future growth of area sales and profitability and disseminates the information to marketing and sales operations respectively.
Professional Competencies:
- MBA Marketing / Science graduate / medical doctor
- Must have worked in Cardiovascular Stents market for minimum 3-5 years in North region.
- Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, and developing customer
- Good organization and interpersonal skills with ability to function in a multi-cultural environment.
- Independent, proactive, with good attitude and mindset.
- Must take initiative to complete task assigned
- Has a strong stakeholder focus and service-oriented attitude
- Adheres to B. Braun values.
