Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Argon Welder + Fitter to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Argon welding for small items and will be able to carry out precise welding tasks. In addition, the candidate should be adept at Steel/metal equipment fitting and possess a basic understanding of fabrication processes. Additional skills in electronics, soldering, and minor electric fittings will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precise Argon welding on small metal items, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
• Fit and assemble Steel/metal components and equipment as required.
• Execute minor fabrication tasks, including measurements, cutting, and shaping of Steel/metal pieces.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all welding and fitting tasks meet project specifications and safety standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Conduct basic quality checks and inspections on welded and fitted items.

Additional Responsibilities (If Qualified):

• Perform basic soldering tasks and minor electric fittings as needed.
• Assist with electronic troubleshooting if holding an electronics diploma or relevant experience.

Job Specification (JS): Argon Welder + Fitter
Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: High school diploma or technical certification in welding or a related field. A diploma in electronics is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Argon welding, especially on small items and fittings.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Argon welding and ability to handle small welding tasks.
• Strong understanding of metal fitting and assembly techniques.
• Basic knowledge of fabrication processes.
• Knowledge of soldering and minor electric fittings is a plus.
• Physical Requirements: Good physical condition and manual dexterity to handle welding and fitting tasks.
