Location: Plot # ST-1C, Block 10, Ayesha Manzil, Shahrah-e-Jahangir, Federal B Area Karachi, 75950, Pakistan
Experience: 3-5 years Experience in Blood Banking
Qualification: BS MLT/MSC MLT
Skills:
- Able to perform routine and special blood banking
- Good command on QA in blood banking including reagents, equipment, fridges, freezers Blood products.
- Able to Performed Routine ABO, Rh Typing and DAT with tube and gel technique.
- Red cell alloantibody screening and Identification.
- Red cell phenotyping.
- All Blood bank product preparation packed cell, FFP, Platelets, Cryoprecipitate and washed packed cells.
- Antibody Titer.
- Complete Knowledge and experience of internal and external Audits.
- Good command on transfusion reaction investigation and dealing with panic critical situations when any major incidenthappened.
- Should know about Emergency Release protocol
- Command on MS. Office ( Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Good experience in Camp Management.
