Position Overview:
We are searching a passionate and results-oriented Solar Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Solar Sales Engineer at Robox Power (pvt) Ltd, you will play an important role in promoting our renewable energy services and energy solutions to potential clients across Pakistan. You will be responsible of understanding clients' energy needs, educating them on the advantages of solar power, and delivering customized solar solutions that align with their objectives and budget.
Key Responsibilities:

• To conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends.
• Establish strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
• To assess the energy requirements of clients and provide them with customized solar solutions.
• You will be responsible to visit sites, and preparing and deliver technical proposals, including system designs and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth execution of solar projects.
• Perform your best to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, particularly within the solar energy or renewable energy sector.
• Technical knowledge of solar power systems and related equipment is necessary.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• The capability to work both independently and within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design tools like sketchup, hellioscope or PVsyst, etc.
• Willingness to travel within Pakistan.
