teams. We are seeking for a Senior Role in Mergers & Acquisitions Department to join our team
and play a key role in driving our growth strategy.
Job Summary:
The Senior Mergers & Acquisitions Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing
M&A transactions from inception to completion. This role requires an experienced professional
with deep knowledge of Mergers & Acquisition processes, financial analysis, due diligence, and
strategic planning. The ideal candidate will be a key contributor to our growth strategy, working
closely with senior management & CEO of the Group to identify, evaluate, and integrate potential
acquisition targets.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; ACCA/CA or CFA preferred.
 Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in M & A, investment banking, private equity, or
corporate development.
 Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
 Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
 Proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and work
in a fast-paced environment.
 Familiarity with US business practices, regulations, and market dynamics.
 Willingness to work in US hours (6 PM to 3 AM PST).
