Responsibilities & Duties:

• Build, manage, and execute test suites/cases to verify the growing feature sets and customer requirements.
• Suggest technical alternatives and improve/streamline processes & tools.
• Assist in setup, debugging, and optimization of test scenarios for manual testing.
• Drive continuous improvements to product quality and customer satisfaction throughout the software product's lifecycle.
• Investigate problems, find the root cause, organize failure analysis, and propose product adaptations to overcome these problems in cooperation with the project team.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to technical support, qualification, reliability, and testability.
• Develop and architect strategies to test the system at all levels of the application stack.
• Collaborate with the onshore and offshore teams for all technical and business decisions and document your approach and solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Fresh to 6 months of experience as a Software Quality Test Engineer.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
