Position: Assistant Accounts & Taxation
Location: Multan
Salary: 40k to 50K

Qualification: B.Com, Bs. Accounting & Finance, Ms Accounting & Finance, MBA (Finance), M.Com, CA (Finalist) or relevant
Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Financial Managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks.
• Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions.
• Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables and purchase orders.
• Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them.
• Manage payroll activities and release salaries.
• Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors.
• Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinate with the bank.
• Create daily reports for management and team members.
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases.

· Must be fully equipped in income tax, sales tax and federal excise duty law applicable upon Renewable Energy in Pakistan.
· Should be fully aware of provisional sales tax etc.
· Must have must experience of sales tax and income tax return fillings. Return required to be filed under different laws.
· Ability to handle procedural issues involved in taxation matter.
· Assist CFO in finalization of tax planning and related matters.
· Able to prepare data required by different regulatory bodies and also able to present the company before relevant regulatory body.
· Able to manage data and process efficiently for smooth operation, suggest improvements where required.
Required Skills:
· Work experience as an Accounting Assistant
· Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
· Familiarity with finance regulations
· Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
· Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting softwares
· Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
