Bookkeeper / Admin Manager

As a Bookkeeper/Admin Manager at Paismo, you will be responsible for recording and maintaining our company’s daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in all records. You’ll help prepare reports and trial balances that assist our management and accounting teams. Additionally, you may support payroll processing, manage accounts receivable and payable, generate invoices, and ensure timely payments.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
  • Verify that transactions are recorded accurately in the general ledger.
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts, ensuring all entries are complete and accurate.
  • Prepare reports for management, such as income statements, balance sheets, and trial balances.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payments.
  • Handle accounts receivable by generating invoices, collecting payments, and managing debts.
  • Manage accounts payable, including processing bills and managing payment schedules.
  • Collaborate with accountants for accurate tax filings and audits.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports for management to support financial decision-making.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
