Role Description
This is a full-time On-boarding role based on-site in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. Onboarding Rep will be responsible for tasks such as planning and executing the onboarding process of a client based on the given guideline and timeline. The reps work closely with both the inhouse teams and the client to make sure that clients have a good experience.
Education

• Bachelor’s degree

Experience

• Prior experience in customer support, technical support, or software onboarding roles.
• Familiarity with software implementation processes and user training.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools.
• Basic understanding of software development concepts and methodologies.

Communication Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Interpersonal Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
• Patience and empathy in handling user concerns and questions.

• Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.

Additional Skills

• Knowledge of training methodologies and techniques is a plus.

-Availability to work in shift from 5PM to 2AM Pakistan time.
