We are looking for a Content Creator with at least 1 year of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will produce compelling, brand-aligned content to engage our target audience and drive business objectives.
-------Responsibilities -------

• Create engaging and high-quality content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and websites. for the FMCG Products
• Develop multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and short-form content for platforms like Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube.
• Research industry trends and audience preferences to craft relevant and impactful content.
• Brainstorm creative concepts aligned with the company's branding and goals.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting across all platforms.
• Optimize posts for SEO and platform-specific requirements.
• Monitor audience engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, and traffic).
• Analyze content performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with broader campaigns.
• Adapt content to various branded products and target markets.

-------Initial Monthly Pay During Officer Training-------

• v Starting Salary: Rs.50,000
• After Probation: Rs. 60,000 per month, Based on Experience, contingent on strong performance and positive team feedback

-------Minimum Must Education Requirements-------

• Bachelor Degree.
• Basic understanding of SEO and social media algorithms.
• Computer Experience.
• Microsoft (Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Email Writing
• Verbal Communication.
• Strategic thinking and a results-driven approach.
• Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership skills to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Experience: 1+ year of experience in content creation or a similar role.
