Position Summary
Responsible for managing trade and brand marketing operations of CPW (Cereal Partners Worldwide) for Pakistan and for selected export markets including handling routine queries of importers, preparing / analyzing comprehensive reports on sales, stocks, demand forecast, competition activations etc. Continuously seek to improve aligned ways of working to drive efficient performance.

Position Summary
Responsible for managing trade and brand marketing operations of CPW (Cereal Partners Worldwide) for Pakistan and for selected export markets including handling routine queries of importers, preparing / analyzing comprehensive reports on sales, stocks, demand forecast, competition activations etc. Continuously seek to improve aligned ways of working to drive efficient performance.
A day in the life of an CPW & Exports Associate

Execution of the channel category plans at the POP/outlets as per the channel and category prioritization.

Lead consumer promotion operations e.g. premium procurement, packaging conversion and coordination with creative agency to ensure delivery of artwork, campaign toolkits etc adhering to timelines.

Data compilation and update on key activities including Point of Sale (promotions, pricing, market intel) and pre & post impact of activation promos.

Prepare monthly distribution scorecard with assigned KPIs with the help of ground support and importers teams.

Propose zone wise / SKU wise monthly operational plan on monthly basis. Coordinate with regional operations team to ensure smooth ordering. Manage within month upside / downside in coordination with regional sales teams as per projected monthly landing estimates.

Handling routine queries of importers from selected markets (including setting up meeting calls, following up on orders, providing routine documentation to facilitate monthly sales)

Maintaining clear and timely communication with internal teams, vendor, agency, and team to provide updates on promotions and activation Execution of the channel category plans at the POP/outlets as per the channel and category prioritization.

What Will Make You Successful?

Prior experience in exports related business development of a multinational organization with hands on expertise in analytics and stock management.

Effective communication skills are crucial for coordinating with various stakeholders, including internal and external team members (within and outside Pakistan).

The ability to identify and resolve issues or challenges that may arise during international shipping is essential.

Prioritizing tasks, setting realistic timelines, and ensuring timely delivery are crucial for success in this role.
