Job Description:
If you are customer experience-focused, have a sales-driven mentality, and enjoy tackling new challenges in the property management field, this role is for you. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and experience with handling a high volume of both calls and emails from tenants and owners.
Given the nature of the role, successful candidates will demonstrate clear and understandable spoken English. While we value diversity and welcome applicants from all backgrounds, fluency in English with a minimal accent is essential for effective communication with our US clientele. Applicants are required to have C2 level English proficiency.
Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of calls and emails daily, averaging at least 70 emails per shift while handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and owners, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Communicate with landlords regarding property status and address any concerns.
• Respond to inquiries for our active listings via email, phone, and text.
• Facilitate new owner onboarding and coordinate property repairs as needed.
• Describe our processes to potential owner leads and assist with scheduling photographers.
• Draft compelling listing copy and meet all key performance indicators (KPIs) set for the role.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and excel in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Prior experience working with US clientele.
• Previous remote work experience and familiarity with property management/real estate operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service, ideally in a tech/start-up or real estate setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to various users and capable of simplifying complex issues.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in various technologies beyond MS and Google Suite.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Access to a quiet workspace with reliable internet connection.

Schedule:
40 hours weekly
Evenings and mornings, PST
Preference given to candidates who can work Thursday-Monday and Friday-Tuesday

Pay: Rs1,000.00 - Rs1,600.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
