Responsibilities

• Calling international clients (USA) for sales
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products/services, pricing, and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Daily progress reporting

Qualifications

• At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Shift Timings
6 pm to 3 am (Pakistan Standard Time)
Shift can be changed from 5:30 pm to 2:30 am (PST)
Only Drop service will be provided for female staff
Job Type: Full-time
Basic salary 80k to 120k (Depending on your experience and interview)
Earn up to 150k per month (Attractive Commission after sales target)
