· Role Description:
This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating positive customer experiences. Your main tasks will include handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing product information and support. This role is based on-site in Karachi Division.
