Job Summary:
Trip Shepherd is seeking a skilled Dev Ops Engineer to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing our cloud infrastructure (AWS and GCP), automating deployment pipelines, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of our systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline application deployment.
• Automate and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
• Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and scalability.
• Implement infrastructure as code (Ia C) using tools such as Terraform or Cloud Formation.
• Develop automation scripts for system management and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of software.
• Ensure security best practices, including regular vulnerability assessments and compliance checks.
• Manage and troubleshoot containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Optimize cost, performance, and capacity of cloud resources.
• Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a Dev Ops or similar role.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms AWS and GCP.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git Lab CI, or Git Hub Actions.
• Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Understanding of networking, security, and system administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Kubernetes certification or AWS/GCP certifications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
