We are seeking a talented Digital Marketer with a strong background in design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, while leveraging design skills to create visually appealing content across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and reach target audiences.
Create engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
Utilize design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to produce graphics, infographics, and multimedia content.
Analyze and report on digital marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Manage and grow social media accounts, engaging with followers and responding to inquiries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field.
Proven 2 years experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of design work.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms).
Strong graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and practices.
Familiarity with video editing and production.
