Position Overview:
We’re looking for a technically skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This person will be a key player in executing and optimizing our digital marketing strategy. The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage critical tasks, including SEO, content creation, and social media management, to ensure smooth execution and data-driven decision-making. This is a mid-level role requiring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, BBA, or Communications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Content Creation and Management
- Develop and publish high-quality content for social media, blog posts, and email campaigns in line with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute content calendars, ensuring consistent posting and brand message alignment.
- Conduct keyword research to inform content creation and optimize copy for SEO performance.
- Social Media Strategy and Analytics
- Oversee the scheduling, posting, and monitoring of social media content across platforms (Linked In, Facebook, Instagram) to maximize engagement and reach.
- Use analytics tools to track social media performance, generating insights to refine strategies based on data.
- Assist with community building by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and initiating conversations.
- SEO and Website Optimization
- Implement on-page SEO tactics, including optimizing meta tags, alt text, and internal linking to improve search rankings.
- Support in backlinking strategies, including outreach and submissions, to build domain authority and organic search visibility.
- Regularly monitor and report on SEO performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Marketing Automation and Email Campaigns
- Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns, focusing on lead nurturing and segmentation.
- Use tools like Mailchimp to set up email workflows and track email engagement metrics.
- Collaborate on lead generation tactics to increase subscriber growth and conversions.
- Reporting and Performance Analysis
- Compile weekly and monthly reports on key performance metrics, presenting findings and actionable insights to the team.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media analytics to inform data-driven strategies.
- Collaboration and Project Support
- Work closely with the team to support high-level strategies and ensure the timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Assist in managing marketing projects and team tasks, bringing strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strategic Thinking: Contribute a creative, marketing-oriented perspective to project planning and execution, regularly proposing new strategies to enhance campaign impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven technical skills in SEO, content management, and analytics.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Mailchimp, and social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer or Hootsuite).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Canva for content creation and design.
- Hands-on experience with Word Press for content updates, basic HTML adjustments, and SEO optimization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
- Detail-oriented, data-driven, and able to work independently while supporting team goals.
