We are looking for a Country Head to lead ISMMART's operations in Pakistan, based out of our Islamabad headquarters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's diverse business activities, driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and aligning the team toward achieving strategic goals across various sectors. The Country Head will act as the senior representative for the ISMMART Group in Pakistan, ensuring adherence to local laws, while managing relationships with key stakeholders, government bodies, and partners.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all business functions across ISMMART's sectors in Pakistan, including investment, real estate, ecommerce, hospitality, clothing, restaurants, retail outlets, and grocery stores.
• Lead business growth efforts, developing strategies to expand market share across the company's multiple sectors.
• Manage and motivate a diverse team to ensure operational excellence.
• Develop strong relationships with government entities, business partners, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Pakistan’s labor laws, regulations, and business practices.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and profitability of all business units.
• Represent ISMMART at industry events, government forums, and partner meetings to enhance the company’s brand and presence in the Pakistani market.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business, Management, Leadership or a related field.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience, preferably in Pakistan’s business environment.
• Strong experience in investment, real estate, hospitality, or retail sectors is highly desirable.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Proven ability to manage and grow multiple business units across various industries.
• Strong financial management and decision-making skills.
